Mumentum - still plodding on!

I am still trying but seem to have lost all motivation. I think it was the being really good for over a week and feeling good about myself to discover I had actually put 4.5lbs on which was pretty disheartening. I need to kick myself up the bum and get on with it.

People keep telling me the addition of weight is because I have been doing more running and it is the fat turning to muscle which is heavier. I know they are probably right but in the meantime I thought I would share this as I truly believe this is the real reason!!

Hope everyone else has not been infested by these little bligthers and is having more luck than me x

Love it RP :) I think I may have to pass that on.

Maybe give the scale a miss for a while and concentrate on how you feel and how your clothes fit (I'll bet despite those pesky sewing calories) that they feel a bit looser!

If you your clothes feel better then I wouldn't worry too much about the weight x

keep thinking of you and hoping you are ok. I had a week where I stayed the same and it totally narked me but I guess those bad weeks are all part of being in it for the long haul. For me, finding health foods that I really love is the key so i don't ever feel deprived. Sometimes mentally you are just not up to the whole thing and have to wait till your are. I have spent years getting nowhere but how wonderful to have now shifted that first of many many stones to go and have my 2 adult stepdaughters saying I have a new glow about me and look amazing. Wait till another 3, 4, 5 or 6 stones has gone then. It can be done and the power of the weighing scales all too often works against us so maybe give them a pass for a month and then leap on for hopefully a lovely surprise. Mainly, you are more than a weight and I remain convinced you are one of my very best cyber friends
